The Intec designed and manufactured FTS-1000 filter testing system enables scientific testing of each cleaned air filter. Intec air filters cleaned numerous times typically test in the high ninety percent range when compared to a new air filter. This capability is an unparalleled differentiator in the market place. We also light test every filter that we clean.

Each cleaned air filter is monitored using a barcode tracking system. Electronically tracking the maintenance history of every air filter cleaned by Intec is an important part of demonstrating the ongoing viability of the cleaned filters to each Intec customer. Intec barcode labels also allow our customers to identify Intec cleaned filters when performing routine maintenance.
